    yea i know not to hit reset on the router but the old lady didnt... then i couldnt find the disk, that was a dibacle... havent reset the router bt i have never had this problem and the old lady reset the whole thing a week ago

    but my puter is reading an excellent signal with the fastest connection but sometimes it takes forever to load a page, and sometimes a connection error occurs but when i hit retry it works immediatly
