    I'm getting ready to head out to the gun show in a bit. Just got finished putting my truck back together!
    Hell yeah!!!
    Stainless bolts would hold up great. Unless you're worried about leaking, I'd bolt it. The welds wouldn't cause any leaks since you don't have to dri any holes, but welds will start to rust pretty fast.
