They usually do a private trail both days. Its the manadnock family something or other. Its the hardest of the runs they do. But its basically for trailer rigs.

 

Do you have to be an enh member to attend? Did not see any info about that on the post.

 

I think they want you to be. They want people to sign up through the forum, to get a correct head count.

Yes that is correct. Its easy to be a member tho. Basically same as on here. Just make a screen name and password and thats it.

Now I remember what you are doing. I just went to the range this am cause I couldn't sleep. I put about 150 down range without an issue. I changed the recoil spring and polished the ramp. I also redid a mag to accept an extra round. Now that I am confident with that work I will move onto the next

No kidding! I bought one of those Galloway Precision kits also. Mine was for a different gun but they make some nice stuff.

It probably took a lot longer with the dremel/rouge than it would have with the 800 grit, but soothed my nerves enough that I was willing to do it at all, haha!

Is this still that shell drop issue you were chasing with your Mossberg?

I've been eyeballing a Mossy 500 at the local gun shop lately. Just a base model in 20ga. Been thinking about picking it up for partridge hunting. I love with my Ithaca (really an SKB...) sxs, but I avoid carrying it through really thick stuff because I don't want to mar it up. It'd be nice to have a 20ga that I didn't care about scratching. But I really don't want to have to chase issues with it either...
