    This. When I lived in a studio years ago, anyone of my friends that stayed over after a night in the town usually went home pretty quick in the morning. Being in the kitchen and being able to hear someone dropping heavy in the bathroom usually will chance someone out haha

    Bummer dude. That sucks big time. I don't remember, are you still running stock bars? If so, now you have a reason to get some Renthal or Pro Taper bars!

    They were stock bars.

    I was going to wait until riding season was over to put on new bars... Haha

    Trying to see what Pro Tapers match up best with the stock bars, and waiting on somebody to email me back to see if the lock on handlbar grips they sell will work with 7/8" bars and my throttle cables.

    That's all well and good, but for the last 10 years or so...it's been great putting money away while paying rent because I didn't have to pony up for a broken AC or hot water heater...Haven't had to worry about finding time to mow the lawn...etc etc etc

    With that being said, I'm now looking to buy a house, but renting made sense for me

    I work with a few people that have 5-10 houses...

    They buy cheaper houses around the country using VA loans and rent them out. And they make a fair amount of money after expenses.

    Assuming everything is working renting housing in a high price district will yield big returns. Buy when it comes time to renovate/fix everything, it costs big money as well.

    There are so many more expenses that go Into a home past your mortgage. The problem is early on in your life there are so many un knowns a being tied into a house does not lend itself well to the flexibility you need in your early to mid 20s.

    Not to mention, if you never rent a place of your own, you will be clueless on what to look for when you go to buy a house. You will just get eaten alive.
