    No.....They never fixed my fence, so after a certain period of time went by, I fixed it myself.......and......made my back yard a "little" larger.....

    But honestly, we have a super strict HOA in North Carolina (No parking anything outside of a garage for more than 24 hours, the style of your mailbox, no signs) but it's worth it to keep the burned down meth house out of the neighborhood

    But seriously, there's a burned out meth house behind my parents place. At least it's on a dead end so the rest of the neighborhood can't see it. We've tried to get the city to bulldoze it for years and it just recently burned all the way down and the owner has disappeared. I tried to convince them to buy it and put in a pool
