    Been doing this very low carb diet for 2 weeks now. Lost about 15 pounds. Its really tough to do. I want breads, sandwiches and pasta. I work at my family's restaurant, and if you know Italian food. Its is all carbs.

    Low carb is the way to go to lose fat. Just make sure you're getting enough protein so you're not losing too much muscle!

    Fuck i hate how long it takes me to recover from gym, all the supps in the world and it still takes 3 days for me to be physically and mentally ready to hit weights again. im all about being natural, but it would be so awesome to kill my self in the gym, wake up the next day and do it all over again.

    Uh 30 +/- a few grams of pro per meal is good if you're eating 6-7 times a day. Of course that's the bro science in me speaking lol

    But yea, 30 grams of pro a day is very very low. I'd say if you're keto 30 carbs is more accurate

    Yeah 30 was a very low guess. It ranged all the way from 30 all the way to like 150 grams. I didnt want to give a retarded number and sound stupid. In the end I gave a retarded number lol. Gracias guyss
