    Dude, i had a similar situation last week. These guys were blocking the dumbbells and taking up the whole entire space. To top it off, they weren't even using the dumbbells. Assholes were doing their own workouts. I had to walk obstacles just to return the weights. I was so pissed! They don't even have common courtesy. :mad:

    What's your daily calorie count?

    Mines is 1800 calories - 40g fats, 180g carbs, 180g pro

    Cutting next week so i need to tweak my macros/calories around. Not looking forward to it.:(

    Uh yea, 30 grams a day is unhealthily low. More like 30-40 grams a meal!

    If you are ketoing and have 30 grams of protein a day....what's your calorie count? Under 400?

    I had a cheat day yesterday, but ate so much at breakfast, I was full the rest of the day. I started out with a 6 egg sandwich with 4 pieces of bacon, mayo, and hot sauce, 2 fiber bars, and a glass of milk. I was stuffed, so I just went to Subway and got a footlong at around 3 and had grilled chicken for dinner. I was laying in bed knowing for sure I didn't get in enough calories, so I went to the kitchen at around 11pm and ate a bag of popcorn, chugged 2 scoops of ON, ate like 5 air heads, ate some leftover chicken, and topped it all off with chugging as much milk as I possibly could before puking. I'm pretty sure I consumed about 1500 calories in about 5 mins. It was glorious

    Now, that's impressive. Sign me up

    ^this. I do 1.5 x bodyweight in protein, 60-100g fat, and fill the rest in w/ carbs, which is usually around 200-250g on a cut @ a 500 calorie deficit.

    I'm crying for your lost gains, man

    Hell, even when I did keto, my protein was at like 250g/day!

    NEVER go low protein. Either go low fat or low carb, not both.

    I only eat a moderate amount of shit food on my good days. I eat the exact same meals everyday and I'd say about 70% of it could be deemed "clean." Sat and Sun are a whole different story though :anonymous:
