Anyone do some archery? Just bought me a 40# recurve. Slowly getting into this hobby since I was a kid. Don't know much about compound bows but looking to Maybe purchasing one.

I got a basic Genisis aluminum compound bow. Mostly bought it because it's orange lol

I love shooting it, but last time I took it to kokohead my friend kept hitting the frames so I'm down a few arrows.. I also hung some carpet in my closet so I can shoot at 15-20 feet inside the house!

 

Lol. I jus realized I said I was getting into it as a kid.. I meant I always wanted to get into it Since I was a kid.

Man your room must be pretty big to shoot I there lol. Puncture any walls? Been looking at some genesis bows. Was thinking of getting a used compound on CL

 

Are you just recreational shooting, wanna get into competition, or hunting?

I don't always hit the bullseye, but I've never missed the target yet

P.s. Guys, I had been saving up for a new ring and pinion set, but ammo was sooooo cheap at the gun show that I blew through that savings on 12g 00 and a little 5.56. My friend picked up 9mm for the cheapest we have seen in years.

 

Picked up 1000 ak ammo for 260. Couldn't Complain

 

Haha, my room is actually really big.. Sometimes I feel bad because it's so big.. But the carpet is hung just a few feet in front of a mirror, so missing isn't an option

When were you there? Not really any good gun deals, but a few good tables for ammo! And they let you in for free a half hour before closing!

I'm happy with my OME lift.

you should be fine with 5100's+885 or even 887(if they work) and an AAL pack for the rear.

The 1" body lift should give you enough clearance to not need to trim...if you need to trim it'll be very minor.

if your spending 1000-1200...that would net you the complete OME lift with dakars

 

how is the tacoma pro listed at 50k? i looked online and its retails for 36k ish... right

Maui might straight up sell the truck to Oahu, and then the local mark-up and profit margin etc...I guess they figure they can list it for whatever they want if it'll be the only one on the island.
