Around here there's two businesses that seem to come and go, bars and mexican restaurants

 

No way am i going to open a bar in pearland lol

Yeah they do. Over where my friend is at around Yale and 27th, those houses are close to 700.

 

I used to want to open a bar. Its hard work tho. Could be lots of fun and profitable if done right

 

It's a cool area. But not something I would spend 700 on lol. I rather have big land than a big house

 

Step 1: Open bar
Step 2: Get a bag for all the money we're gonna make

 

For that price, you can have 2 nice houses in the burbs, plenty of land, a few cars, and even a boat.

In the Heights, you would only have a single light, tiny table, and chair.

 

A bar bus!! Park, let people in to drink, open doors let them out drunk. Could even drop you off on the corner
