    I can't help it. I've got to stick to my routine or my diet would be shit. It's just easier for me to know exactly what meals equal my macro needs and just stick to it 6 days a week.

    haha I have to really work to add weight on. I love it :D Only thing I hate is on days I drink I never eat enough. Pisses me off lol

    I eat the same 7 meals everyday, but it's all stuff I love. I usually get burnt out after a few months, but by that time it's time to cut, so I swap out my 7 meals for 7 new ones. It's an art lol

    Daaaamn! Mine is only like $400 including supps! I also get store brand everything. Great Value FTMFW!

    Well, I'm officially in the 1000 lb club (1035, to be exact). I finally got 315 today on flat bench. For the past month, I couldn't get past 295. Well, today I got 300 easy and went straight up to 315 and got it. We didn't film it, so there's no evidence yet. I tried 3 more times after that, just to get it on camera, but I was burnt out. I'm doing Upper B Friday, so I'll have proof then lol.

    Bench: 315
    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 315

    Upper A:

    flat bench: 135x10, 225x5, 300x1, 315x1, 225x5
    cable crossovers: 3 sets of 10 @ 70, 60, 50 lbs
    v-grip rows: 3 sets of 12 @ 205
    wide-grip lat-pulldown: 3 sets of 8 @ 205
    machine shoulder press: 3 sets of 15, 15, 10 @ 140, 150, 160
    dumbbell side lat raises: 3 sets of 10, 10, 8 w/ 25 lb dumbbells
    dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 10 w/ 95, 95, 90 lb dumbbells (no wrist straps!)
    dumbbell skullcrushers: 3 sets of 15, 12, 12 w/ 50 lb dumbbell
    hammer curls: 3 sets of 15, 12, 12 w/ 45, 50, 50 lb dumbbells

    Thanks! Yeah, I haven't maxed on squat in forever b/c I'm scared I'm gonna fall lol. I've gotten to where I can rep 315 5-6 times, but I'm still trying to muster up the courage to max out again. Might do it tomorrow on Lower A!

    just keep doing the 315 man, get more reps in, if you can squat 315 10 reps, then you strength has got to gone up.

    On the side note, i have stopped pretty much all max effort compound lift since early september, my old lumbar erector injury is start to creep back and i much rather not go through a month of agony again just to workout, so i've been doing nothing but bodybuilding style workouts, pretty much workouts that required no chalk, no belt, no wraps no sleeves. And im not gonna lie, i kinda like it, i miss the feeling of a insane pump and feeling huge after a set, and not worrying about injury is also a nice bonus, in the mean time just gonna rehab my back till it at least 90% and be a bro lol
