i was afraid of that, so i mostly support the rack on the bed caps, but tie into the bed bolts/frame at the back, where the spare is.

Anyone want to buy my bedsides? They're in great shape. :D

Colin's design takes away a lot of the fatigue issues with the supports that tie into the frame. That takes a lot of the lateral movement out of the rack and bedsides.

Um... I haven't figured that out yet. Trying to decide between selling the bed as a whole, or splitting it up into pieces.

    Thoughts?

Salvage yards usually sell the whole bed with sides for about 1200

I haven't taken the bedsides off before, just pulled the bed as a whole.

The problem is finding a buyer. You don't exactly need a complete bed every day.

they aren't hard, but you need to unbolt the bed and slide it back about 6 inches to get to the small bolts between the cab and front of bed.

Alex has some cool rigs. That one is cool due to it having a 2rz engine.

His 82 Toyota has tons, links, an ls engine and 44" tires.
