    your bench and DL are way above mine though

    the only reason our squats are even close is because you havent tried more yet. lol

    I'd learn how to do the main compound lifts first- benchpress, squat, deadlift, bent over row

    start light, get a solid foundation with the big muscle groups

    then move into the "other" kinds of muscle specific lifts

    don't be like me and start with all the little things, and lose lots of time and possible gains by learning how to properly do the compound lifts later


    and the picture comparison BF% stuff are pretty useless. different people store fat in different places, so someone's 15% will look different than someone else's 15%
