    That's what I assumed but was thinking maybe some people would go heavy weight low reps in the am then low weight high reps in the pm and be soar as fuck the next day

    I wouldn't do the same body part, but if i had to i'd go heavy in the morning and do high reps in the PM

    From my understanding, once a muscle is worked, the muscles are torn and begin repairing post-workout. If you wait and do the same muscle again, it'd be re-tearing the muscle before it's fully healed; that'd be like hitting chest on Monday and Tuesday. I'd do different body parts

    Think I'm gonna try for a PR on bench tomorrow. Did 2 sets of 3 at 265 last week and it went up fairly easy. Could have possibly gotten a 4th rep but pussed out and didn't attempt. 285 was my max pre-cut. Got to where I couldn't get 265 for 1. I'm back to 151 lbs from 143 after a month of bulking. Need to see if that translates to PR gaaaaainz.

    For me 2000-1800 cal was maintaining. My cutting cal is usually 1400 -1500.. I'm trying to lose more body fat. Once I hit my desired weight, I'll up the cal for 2000..

    my current weight is 200 and I'm trying to get to 185.

    How much do you weigh?

    My maintenance is around 25-2700. I'm bulking now and am trying to get 3500+.

    2000-1800 was considered maintaining. I was 220 now my current weight is 200-2. My goal is to reach 185 and just maintain.
