Thanks Andre! Super stoked. They're very comparable since they're both striker fired. In fact, they both have identical markings on the slide. I went with the PPQ over the VP9 because of the trigger and slight price difference.

    Good choice.

No issues no FTF FTE light weight and easy to conceal. It's my conceal carry. Only issue is racking a round into the chamber with JHP causes the round tend to nose dive they want you to lock slide and then release slide to chamber round but I carry FMJ if I don't chamber but if I chamber I carry FMJ. Most times I carry FMJ a for penetration vs expansion. As far as accuracy and quality = A+++. Do I like to plink? No, because there is other guns Id choose over the P380. For comfort and easy to handling.

I'll post updates on here or the firearms bs thread.

Anyways. Since y'all apparently like my project, here are my plans.

    Clean it up

    Get it shooting.

Boyds gunstocks make stocks and forends for it. so I will get some of them, depending on what the rest of the gun looks either regular or get high gloss stocks

I will then refinish it, probably cerakote silver on the reciever and socom blue on the barrel.

The scope is great, both of the rings are fine actually but the last Allen screw is stripped, so it's being a pain to remove. So the scope, mount and rings will be reused and get new bolts for the rings.

I'm wanting to get me a really nice hunting gun lol

I'll get pictures of the stock when I get home tonight

Chamber has no rust at all, bore is better than most mosins, shiny with a few places of rust

Fine lol, I'll see about making a thread on it.

But on another note, here is a picture of the stock and forend.

The stock has a small crack in it that I think I can fix, the forend is completely shot.

Beautiful grain in the butt stock. Can't believe the bore and chamber are pretty pristine and the rest looks like that.
