Talk to Jason, he will tell you cause he saw what I have now fully stuffed and rubbing on fenders. I don't think I've flexed the truck that hard before. The way that those obstacles on CK are, each tire was pushed and its why my tires are now chunked. I also have to factor in that I'm not 6" anymore. The 5" leaf pack has settled and the pre load is off the fronts. Maybe a 17x8.5 with a 4.5 or less BS would also help make 35s a reality on my rig.

Fuck I can't complain, its a damn good truck and we built it functional. I guess this goes with the learning process and joys of having a 4x4. :)

Do like bornwildguy stated. You can do the OME springs with those shocks. I might be going to the OME 886's from my toytec coils. Best way to ditch the coffee can spacer for good. Just make sure you achieve the lift you want. My toytec coils sagged a lot. So Im gonna have to get something a tad longer.

In the front I'll be doing 887 coils with the nitrocharger 90000 shocks. The spring rate of the 887s is the same as the 885s, just 5mm longer which will compensate for my plate bumper

Right but, then you'll have to use the giant spacer..The extended rcd bilsteins eliminates that. Unless you want the spacer :notsure:

You would have to run a top hat spacer to gain anymore lift with the bilsteins and 887's. Basically the RCD bilsteins with stock coils are good for 5" of lift. So you loose an inch of lift when your looking at coil "expected lift heights"

Not a fan of fiberglass at all man. I personally dont think there are many out there that fit the lines of the truck and look good. Ive seen one set that looks good, but I still won't run them.
Ill just go the different route for now until I want to pull the trigger on new wheels again.

So what you're saying is that if I want the full 8.5 inches then I'd have to keep the BDS spacer and do the OME coils/struts?

Completely just lost me there haha

Yeah Its a little confusing lol But, yes you could get close. After a bumper it maybe not. If you did the 887 coils and the rcd bislteins that would get you around 7" if you add these You could get into 8". Now remember you'll probably need uca's after that to correct your alignment. Otherwise, it'll really wander all over the road.

And these are the shocks bornwildguy is also recommending. Only place you can get them I believe. And order quantity 2. Price is just for one..I got mine from them. These are not your standard bilstein 5100's that are adjustable. There is only one setting.

887s w/ OME shocks give 3 inches on a stock access cab so a 150lb bumper should bring it down enough where I shouldn't need UCAs...at least I'm hoping haha.

Maybe I'll keep the BDS spacer so I can get the full amount. idk :goingcrazy:

Plenty of options! I just hate the spacers personally and cant afford a nice set of co's just yet. Plus I dont like stacking to many different types/brands of lifts together..

    Quick question.

Going to change my u-joints out Friday for shits n giggles. Stockers are still in there from the day she got off the lot. I can feel something under there that I haven't had before so I'm assuming U-joints.

What should I buy? I want ones with zerks. Moog, OX, etc???
