No, but I am sure there are lots of ideas to drool over. My wife has used it for various researches and I can see how that can become another addiction, just like this site.

Mine is mostly meats and stocks.

Get a quarter or half a pig at a time butchered and it's a lot cheaper than buying styrofoam shrink-wrapped pieces at the market.

lifestyle change? i'm afraid to ask... I rarely use my chef knives... after trying a santoku, I never looked back. of course, there's times the santoku isn't appropriate...

oh... I saw your post after writing this... wow. very sorry to hear about that. I cannot imagine... rough.

We made pizza and wings last night. I usually don't like frozen pizza, but we had this in the fridge so I used it as a base and added some goodies.

I grilled some thin steaks and chopped that up to put on the pizza, along with sautéed onions and more mozzerella cheese.

Some wings were marinaded in sriracha mix and others coated with a dry-rub of all kinds of spices (peri-peri, chili, white pepper, black pepper, cayene, bbq and brown sugar)

The yellow (cheddar) line on the pizza is to seperate the side that has onions and the other side with more hot sauce, since some in the family don't eat onions.
