:) sweet dude. Mine should be on next week...

Edit: not to gloat or anything... Just sayin. It's on my mind a lot haha. Interested to see your winch setup. It'll fit in the bumper all the way? Gonna be a heavy sumbitch to mount.

Yeah. Fits in the bumper. The bumper will be heavy with a winch in it. What winch did you get?

I used 1/0 and soldered the lugs on. Blow torch and a shit-ton of solder. Then crimped in a vise. Solid as a rock.

Probably could get away with 2/0... 1/0 isn't very flexible, and it was kind of tough getting all 4 big ass lugs back in the solenoid box. But I did it :)

Thats a big winch for your truck.

I got 30 feet of 1/0 welding lead wire. Should be more flexible. I got a back of 15 lugs pretty cheap. Ive never soldered but Ill practice before I get the winch.

Stopping in to let you know that your build is fantastic and well thought out. Love it man.

I am in the process of my 2nd build on a '15 dcsb I just got last week and your thread has given me an idea or dos.
This week is big for me with a front with winch and rear bumper w/ swingout, custom bed rack with storage, rigid lights, full skids, sliders, all from CBI with Fuel Trophy wheels and Toyo RT 's, etc...

Hope you don't mind if I hang out a bit.

It is suprisingly small, think it will work ok. Just gotta cut about an inch off the front grill. Nothing too crazy.

Awesome. Please post pics. If you take your time scrolling through my build you will find what works are doesnt work. Ive been through multiple tires, suspension, skids, and more in less than a year. I keep learning and wanting more. Its a lot of fun though. Goodluck with your build

Thats a super powerful winch though. Be careful you dont pull your bumper off.
