Yup. My advice is, if you can't grow full beard, PH's aren't for you. When you're still in puberty, hormone levels fluctuate too much; this is why some teens get gyno. Adding a PH to that fucks your endocrine system up

    Yup

That's why I'd go non-methylated. They pass through your liver, but aren't as damaging as methylated PH's because they're not alcohol-based. I did 2 years of reading before taking my first oral cycle. I've been reading about orals, as well as injectables for about 3-4 years, which, by the laws of Internet, makes me an expert

I've always thought that a nice non-methyl stack of 6chloro/hexadrone (dry), lmg(wet), & stano(faux test base) would give good results at minimal toxicity.. but would also be expensive.

I'm sure I will too. I was lookin thick (In a good way) at 157 before I cut.

My diet has been AWFUL for the past month, so I'm gettin a little more pudgy than I'd like. Time to switch back to cleaner foods I guess. I just get so tired of cooking all the time.

x2. I don't even feel pudgy at 203 right now....although, my waist line says different. My size 34's are getting nice and snug. On a cut, I wear a size 32. The most I've gone up to on a bulk was 34....Hopefully, it stays that way

lol. I started at 143. Lots and lots and lots of carbs.

I would eat bacon and eggs, and french toast almost eavry morning. Bacon cheeseburgers for lunch, and pasta for dinner. I was taking a mass gainer shake once a day also.

page 2 in my gallery has a progress pic. Lots and lots of running over the summer killed some of my gains though. I plan to build back up now with the cooler weather approaching.

I was at 143 after my cut. I've been eating everything in sight. Yesterday that included sausage biscuit from McDonald's (I was running late), chick fil a for lunch, KFC for dinner :anonymous:

Then a couple of peanut butter sammiches after the gym last night around 10.

I need to get more mass gainer. Easy calories.

I can't believe my gym partner quit on me. He was so hype to work out and I guess his hype train ran out of coal.

Damn last night I was back on my cut and I must say, it frickn sucks. Went to the gym and felt like a little b****. I did 80lb dumbbells on the flat bench and it felt like a ton.

After some calculating, I still managed to keep that delicious cheat meal within my macro range, which makes it that much better!
