    im gonna order dynomax super turbo muffler for my truck
    does anyone what size piping i gotta get i think its 2.25"
    also do any1 know the offset in and out???
    i have a 1998 tacoma 3.4l

    Instead of making a new topic Ill just post this here. I have decided on the Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler and i went to their website and put in my truck. But all they have are ones for the 4 cylinders. Would it be ok to use them on the 3.4L.

    Oh by the way I have a 03 double cab V6.

    i have a dynomax super turbo muffler on my 04 v6...as Chris stated. love the muffler. cat remember the model number....something like 17731, center in/offset out......2.5 inch will work.

    actually..........they are very quiet while cruising......quiet during idle.......when you get into the throttle...the sound opens up some, but its not obnoxious at all.

    no prob......you'll like the gain with that muffler......and it together with the deckplate mod is a damn good setup!!

    I just ordered mine today! :) I hate the sound of my Gibson now that I put the TRD Headers on. Super buzzy/raspy. and its just obnoxious when even at 2500rpm.
    I got the model 17748. Its the same center/offset but the size is a little different. I think its bigger then the others posted.

    i wonder why toyota uses 2.25" pipe, and when you get an aftermarket kit(like my borla) they used 2.5" pipe...odd
