Ah yeah, great tires. I have the Dynapro AT's right now and they do well. A buddy of mine had the MT's on his truck and loved em.

 

Also, it's about freaking time I lift my truck..

Who around town does financing on lifts? I want the ICON lift, but don't wanna drop two grand right now.

Honestly if you have to finance toys... You're living life wrong. Save up and buy it when you can afford it.

 

I would rather just put a chunk of change down and pay the rest.

I can afford it just fine, just like to keep money with me in case of life happening.

I hear you man. I've been in the ringer financially several times. It took two deployments overseas to keep me from spending money like crazy and actually building up a savings.


BUT life is short, lift the truck.

just cant even think about doing anything else to the truck right now.. just not in the cards.. financially.. atleast not for another 5-6 months.. maybe even longer

Its getting harder and harder to hide mods from the wife. Im onto skids now. But I think she will notice new bumpers. Maybe.......... just need a good white not a true statement for her to believe

 

Make sure you torque down the ball joints when you install the LR UCA's. Mine weren't tightened down by Toyota, and my driver's side ended up with hella camber like a riced out civic. Nothing horrible, and it was easily fixed with a big fucking socket and a hi-lift, but it's just something to look out for

Skids help with the aerodynamics of the truck by helping make the bottom flatter. Just like speed boats having a flat bottom will help you skim across the surface of the water faster. Having skids on the bottom of the stuck make the bottom flatter thus allow air to pass through faster which will increase MPG's.

Bumpers help direct the wind down to the skids.....
