The person I am getting the shotgun through has both O/Us and semis. He said that he and his friends all have Beretta 400 Xcels and love them. I was very tempted - could have saved about $1000 - but decided to go with my comfort zone of the O/U.

The Weatherbys are beautiful shotguns.....don't get me started on buying more!!

I've only ever owned one other shotgun - a Sears side-by-side 12 gauge I bought when I was 23 or 24.

Clear and getting colder here currently. 20s at night and 30s during the day. Take it easy with THAT 4 letter word buddy, it'll be here soon enough.

Should be a pretty drive up; Judy (Simon's Mom) posted a VT pic in the scenic places thread recently. I really do miss east coast Fall colors. Gotta get a trip in out that way one of these years in the Fall.

Doing better thanks. At least I can breath. I think it was a combo of a cold,flu shot, temp change. Been 20 years since I had an attack. It still feels like shit..

I think I have been going about the kitchen remodel bass ackwards. I am talking with two general contractors on Monday when maybe I should be working with a kitchen design planner first.

Then again we plan on using the designer that uses the general contractor so finding the contractor that is the best fit for us may be the way to go.

I think I am over thinking this. Damn type A is evil sometimes.

 

Hehehe you need to put down what you are looking for with the designer then talk to the contractor about making it come true.
What happens if you can't communicate with the designer the contractor uses ??????

 

Thanks Mike I will use that approach. I guess the good thing is I have seen examples of both the GC's work and it looks great. I have used one of the trades person of one of the GC with great success on smaller projects here in the house before.
