And thats why you don't know that that line doesn't work with wives haha.

    Edit:

Hahahha! That line wouldn't work on my wife. She has an automotive degree and knows how to wrench really well. If I were to say that she'd just give me the stank eye and tell me to shut the fuck up.

But when women don't know anything about cars its easy to BS them into believing just about anything.

Well mine does too, but the fact that it isn't a cheap hobby doesn't help. But then when I spend money on the truck it's always "you could have bought me something with that money..."

That sounds good. But she doesnt know about the skids cause she doesnt look under my truck. The bumpers will be harder cause she knows they are heavy and she knows I will just buy them and tell her after they are installed.
    oh it is

My wife does to. You saw her truck at the meet. She is just more mad im not equally buying shit for our trucks its all be mainly single sided towards mine. But I did buy her a new grill im going to make. So should get her off my back for a while lol

That's one way to go about it. Say that to her and the nagging should stop! hahaha.

I don't remember the truck, won't lie. Haha. That's the only nice thing about not being married yet, I can focus on my truck first. :D

hmmmm.. even with my ABS killswitch.. traction control and or VSC kicked in coming around a corner today..

does all that crap really linger in the background, even when supposedly off?

I know that when using the factory button to turn it off (hold for about 15 seconds) it turns it somewhat off.. but is still there for anything over 30 MPH. pretty sure i wasnt going 30 around the corner.

and even then.. the killswitch mod should turn it COMPLETELY off.. since it tricks the ECU into thinking the rear is locked... and knows your "off-road"

i think there still is a VSC relay that would have to be removed or bypassed for it to completely turn off.
