    Normal is an illusion. It is essentially you forcing your beliefs onto someone else and judging them when they don't conform. That is the cause of a lot of the problems in the world, and the sooner it is gone the better.

    Nope- still simmer it. If you boil it it'll emulsify the fat and the fat will eventually come out in your soup making it all greasy. Which is undesirable.

    You don't boil vegi's...you steam them....and not for long for that matter.
    Unless your making soup, then it's acceptable.

    You can steam them sure, however if you boil them you can do so in Salted water giving them better flavor. Sure you can also salt them after, just works better for boiling.

    Anyway, dudes supposed to be a chef and he's boiling meat, wtf?

    Normal is not an illusion. Everything in nature falls into the normal distribution table where 99.7% of the population falls within 3 std deviations from the average...I can almost guarentee a transgender couple is well out of that 99.7%. This certainly not "normal" in regards to the population
