    I wasn't specifically referring to his paint. Just any paint. Not sure I'll be around TW in 2 or 3 years when people stop derping their hoods or derping racing stripes or wtf else, and they get ready to trade in for a new rig and their paint looks like 4 years of bad decisions.

    He was a good seven or eight feet off, and I was still about twenty feet away when it rattled. (Edit: I was also to the right side if the snake, I don't know if he could see me or not.) Tim stepped back, but the rattler decided he wanted to make a move, so rather than risk letting it bite Tim, I put two shots in him. One about midway through, the other behind his head. Rather have a dead snake than a dead friend.

    Ha ha they've probably seen bigger. We were pretty deep in the woods too, when this happened. These pics are all from when we got home, because we thought the lighting might be better. But you see plenty this size if you stay in the woods long enough.
