Front long travel custom: king 10" CO, solid lowers, fabbed spindle, heimed everything ect. Rear still in progress, waiting to be put on: bilstein 9100s, T100 axle. Stock 3.4 engine, 4.30 gears.
Sounds about right. Then align it off the heims. Other way seems backwards Imo. Plus no need to just tac it if you have another way to adjust it.

    ...too much shit to list.

I'll caution this process as I just fixed an engage truck that did this.

Keep in mind that the factory cam tab plates are only held on to the frame with two little rosette welds. Solid mounting with the above process ultimately results in the factory welds on the tabs breaking from the frame and the whole thing flopping around like a limp dick.

If you are going to reuse factory parts, make sure you add a bead to the outsides of the factory tabs to the frame. Otherwise everything relies on two little spot welds.

normally the factory cam tab plate gets taken off before welding the solid mount plate on.

That would be the intelligent thing to do, but not what was described (and certainly was not what was done on Reckless Matt's truck). So yeah...hence why I commented.

They are really cute spot welds  Still amazed how Toyota would go the route they did on that whole set up. Considering all it takes is one retard to not torque them down and boom you can bend your tabs on the street with a bone stock truck.

    Lots of expensive shit
They weren't designed to hold everything in place, only to aid in adjustment since the factory rubber bushings have a large knurled surface area that once torqued holds everything in place. Nothing wrong with it for the way it was designed. Just not conducive to being used with a tiny 1" crush sleeve

Links are ready to go together! Still waiting on the overlay plates though. If you look closely you can see what happens when friends cut parts out for you for free.

All that work to make something that goes together so simply. Looks awesome. I'll be stealing this idea, sort of, when it's time for new links for me.

It looks to be priced fair for what it has and depends how well the cage is made. Only 12" out of the rear is a bolt on j59 pack most likely.

Turbo is a bit easier than motor swap if he ever needs more power.
