Yeah. I'm fine. I guess I should have elaborated some more. My cousin hit a 1st gear jump at 3rd gear pinned. Haha cleared his landing and landed on a flat and smacked his face on the handle bars which caused his goggles to gash his nose open. The Dr was just in here and said it's deep enough that it will take 2 layers of stitches.

It was really steep table top so he got a lot of height. We counted out 3 seconds of hang time on the video and he over shot his landing by about 15 ft.

Missing your landing is a horrible feeling. I quit riding at the track cause i was bound to kill myself attempting shit like that. A few good racks of the nuts and a few spills will make you rethink things pretty quickly lol.

Yep and he said he had an enormous amount of time to think about. Haha he knew it was going to be bad right as he hit the jump.

Surprisingly he saved the landing but through the bike down after it stopped.

His brother racked himself pretty bad on a jump a couple months ago and mostly saved the bike, kind of road it to a stop and just tipped over. We rewatched the video and he didn't remember any of it or us coming up to him. He never hit his head though so it wasn't a concussion or anything. We figure he just racked himself so hard he blacked out for a bit.

Hey Mark! I can still fit a dirt bike in my bed! Ran in to a guy whose bike quit running. They did some wrenching with no luck so we loaded it up and hauled it out in my bed. Didn't even have to get fancy. Just a strap on each side of the handlebars with the bike diagonally placed in the bed.

I felt like that was pretty good since my bed is a foot shorter than yours, has a tool box and some big ass shock towers in the way. Haha Better than I thought I could do. Haha

Mike's Offroad from Bozeman is camped across from us. They have their short course race truck here. They said they just finished the season off in SLC and decided to stop by here on their way home and finish off the race truck. They threw some paddle tires on the back for the sand.

I "raced" them earlier today on the dunes. I'm pretty sure it was a "they saw the little stock taco out there and decided to show it up" he came up behind me on an up hill climb and tried to pass me. I had enough of a head start that I was still in the lead when we hit the top and we peeled off to the left. I just it pinned jumped it doing 50 coming down and bombed back up the other side and slowed down for the drop. He didn't slow down launched off the drop and landed hard nose down. Haha it was a pretty steep drop. It slowed him down enough that I made it down and back up the other side circled back down and went back up the near the drop he bombed. I can't hill climb for shit and he mobbed passed me easy slowing down just enough to give me a thumbs up and then blast on at which point I followed him around for a while but I was able to tail him so easily that I don't think he even knew I was behind him so he wasn't trying. It was probably the most fun I've had out here.

Later I met abd BS'd with him and we did some jumping of which he easily showed me up. Haha it was a bad jumping spot for me but it didn't matter. He was catching some really nice air! If I caught that much air my front end would blow up for sure! Haha

They said the rig weighs about 4K and put 650 HP down on the dyno. They are retiring it though. They said the new rig is almost 1K lighter and should have 100-150 more HP!

If I remember right they have been throwing that rig on craigslist a bit.

    Looks pretty sweet.

Probably. The have an older blue rig running an I beam front end. Not sure what the story is with it and they have an old bronco on 1 tons and 54" swampers. It's funny to watch it go around the sand.

    Nice landing:thumbsup:

I really need to come with. If even just to cruise along. Riding out at st Anthony was the closest I have come to the same feeling on the dirtbike as I have have while snowboarding
