I love taking showers before the gym, am i weird?

 

Also im gonna start eating more "bro" i love eating whatever and do the whole IIFYM thing, but i just can't eat as much, and i hate going to sleep hungry.

 

I hate going to sleep hungry. That feeling sucks so bad. I try to get all my meals in before 10pm. By the time 11 hits, I'm all hungry. They say to drink water because most of the time you're thirsty. Yeah right, after I piss I'm hungry again. Lol

 

i feel you, it was worse when i was 16 but im like 23 now and it's getting better but still sucks, when i was 16 i could eat 2 triple whoppers and be hungry again in a hour.

 

Just got back from the gym, i think i found my fav machine, it's one of those cable machines with the swing arms, so it can move vertical and horizontal, i call it the pump master, i was getting pumped to the max on that thing.

 

i need to start eating in the first place...sometimes its like 9pm and i realize ive hardly eaten a meal....and as a result now when i DO eat i get full really fast...went from 145 to 180 and now im at 172 which is way to skinny. im just under 6'1

 

Just eat till u puke bruh!

go to moes and get double steak and bacon in ur burrito everyday for week.... youll be like 190 in a few weeks....

 

Just take a note from my dog and eat the puke. I believe it tastes better the second time around.

Meal plan, man. I have all my shit written down and broken down by time, so I know at 8am, it's time for my shake. At 10 am, it's eggs, 2 fiber bars, and oatmeal, and so on. It helps me to have it all on paper. On the weekends, it goes to complete shit though, which is what I've been working on fixing. Yesterday, I ate 2 meals, which is really bad for gains lol
