Seems like that jeep owner got lucky, could have been a much worse if it picked up any speed lucky it landed right side up.

Seems like the simplest task can lead to the biggest problems. Main thing is they are ok.

i've driven that 3 times now and am also baffled at what the fuck he was thinking...

that descent is not a place to lose focus of where your wheels are... and i know plenty of wider rigs make it through there without having to get that close to the wall there...a little bit down, there's a section that you can get a tire half off, even with my rig...i know last time i went with eric, he was skirting the ledge...there's a slight right into a tight left that is quite butt puckering...but definitely not where this guy went off...

close to this area though, there is a spot that people always seem to get hung up on their diffs...i wonder if that was this area..

How can you be that stupid and think you will be ok driving off road in CO like that! If I was the passenger, I would have been yelling at him to stay on the road!

My bad spring creek. Only had to get pulled by a jeep once. The planets realigned themselves when I had to pull him out of a spot.

Nice! So you made it the whole trail with only one tug? Well done. I still hope to get that trail in this year.

Ran Jenny Creek this Sunday and I'm not going to lie, the reroute is quite a down grade from the old trail. With that said it was still a fun trail to run, and judging by the old trail, it was probably time to let the creek "heal" a bit.

Just Jenny Creek for me, and of course Moffat road, but I don't consider that a trail.

Ladies and gents just survived moab and made it up hells gate with no problem at all! All three FJ cruisers I was with had to be winched to the top. Two ended up with body damage. Also made it through tip over challenge. All in all it was a great trip with no damage other then some scrapes on my rear bumper. Pictures to follow.
