    I wish it was cool if there was a caffeinated beer to really get people rolling in the morning.

    I shouldn't be a betting man because I suck at it. But my bet is that it's some sort of legal liability. If judges would laugh people with stupid and frivolous lawsuits out of the courtroom.

    If only the judge would have told that lady that spilled coffee on her lap that she was an idiot and not awarded her lots of money.
