    Quick question for you Andrew ..have you seen anything about fitting those new LED headlight bulbs in a projector? I've got a 2009 ZX10-R with projectors, low being an H9 and high being an H11...output kinda stinks at night, was leaning towards HIDs, but would pick up LEDs if it was an option.

    Googled it for a bit and couldn't really find a solid answer. I know those LED bulbs are almost as bad as HIDs in reflector bowls, so I assumed projectors would be alot better..

    The performance is not nearly as good as HID, but we will be offering a new LED system that offers the best performance of the LED bulbs we've tested (about a dozen different styles). Otherwise, in a projector housing, it will be slightly dimmer than HID but definitely brighter than the stock halogens.

    80mm is your size :)

    But, it is less of a an electrical drain than halogens and HIDs right? I have bad luck with batteries, I try to keep everything LED these days lol

    Yes it is, and it doesn't have the initial "jolt" that HIDs require to fire it. It's just on as a constant state.

    Awesome! My next question is, the ZX10-R has that weird 'right headlight H9 for normal lights and left headlight H11 for bright' crap, is there anyway to make them both on at all times and both bright for brights?

    You would need to retrofit a Bi-Xenon projector into both spots, but it's definitely doable.

    Got my mini H1's yesterday, super excited.

    I was going to take my time and probably do the retro Thanksgiving week so I had time to trouble shoot if any problems came up, but now I'm thinking I'm going to do it tomorrow.

    Just ordered the D2S kit with x lenses and Apollo 2.0 square shrouds. The website said the shrouds were on back order, any idea how long until they're in stock?

    Anybody ever regret doing this upgrade? Any words of advice for a 96 4runner install?
