ND will leave 15 to 20 Mil.$$ in tally this weekend,, Do you KNOW what makes the USA tick. Unless I miss my guess EVERY school & small town in the USA would like to have weekends like that.

The girl had 3 sets of DNA up in her. she did not know where 2 came from. Winston & his roommate both say she wanted to have sex with them. 2 to 1 Says , News flash it will never go anywhere. . Johnny was smart he kept his mouth shut. :)

I mean, I like Ray Lewis, but he was still involved in that murder somehow. Even though he was proven innocent. OJ was proven innocent, but everyone still calls him a murderer.

Whether he did it or not, he's a complete idiot, and would probably have been in jail more if he weren't a star football player. Cleared of the BB Gun thing (What is it with college kids shooting BB guns at people, anyway???), stole coke from BK, stole crab legs.

Then, knowing you've been accused of rape, you stand up and scream FHRITP!

But, as long as they keep winning and he keeps bringing in the money, the University will look the other way. IMHO, the university might want to nip all this in the bud before something happens and they're investigated and something is found for them to be on probation in the future...

Favoritism towards famous people huh? Then why are there whole websites devoted to celebrity mugshots?

Sammy Watkins was caught with weed a couple summers ago...still got suspended immediately

Proven innocent and being acquitted of charges are 2 different things

OJ was acquitted...just means burden of proof wasn't met

The problem lies in the following things
    1) You (HHI) are getting WAY too butthurt about a bunch of late 20s to middle aged guys opinion of a particular player/issue/school and it shows...it's really just a game
2)There is an issue. Be it with FSU or Winston or Tally PD or all 3...
3)Florida had a player accused of rape last week. He was suspended immediately. Winston has been accused of how many criminal incidents? I've lost track. He gets suspended for 1 game AFTER pressure from everywhere outside of Tally. The player from Florida was subsequently not charged because the police determined the female half to be the aggressor. He was THEN reinstated.
4)Like him or FSU or not, he is a liability and a black eye on your program which is terribly unfortunate considering how damn good your team was last year.
5)I'm betting Winston's draft day is a lot like Manziel's in that with all the hubbub in the NFL about criminal issues with players, that teams will look past him because he doesn't know how to make mature adult decisions.
6)I'd claim I wasn't paid for those autographs too...until someone shows up with proof. Then it's time to act like a man and take your medicine. If Gurley is admitting to taking them money, then I'm gonna give the kid respect because while what he did was wrong, he is owning up to it. Winston hasn't owned up to or apologized for being involved with anything except a crude comment in the student union

It sucks that Jimbo Fisher isn't stepping up either. He's trying to cover his and Jameis's asses. And it's getting old.

You're right. Poor wording on my part.

And I was waiting on someone to say something about Gurley saying he accepted money and winston denying it. I was going to be the one to bring it up because if I said "Good for him for being honest", I would just be the homer that was wearing Red and Black colored glasses.

But honestly, if you see someone get suspended "indefinitely", and then you're accused of the same thing, are you gonna say "Oh yea, I definitely accepted money for that!" Not if you have half a brain, which is about all that moron has.

The rules state $100-$400 is 10% of your season. So if Gurley admitted to $400, and they can't prove otherwise, his suspension is over.

UGA got out ahead of the problem by suspending Gurley immediately. If FSU is found to know about this without suspending him, the school/football team will face sanctions.

I actually had a decent childhood, but thanks.

And when did I talk about money? Nowhere in my post did I talk about the money. Do you have anything worthwhile to add to this conversation? Because the way I see it, you are ignoring it and have nothing constructive to say, or any way to defend your criminal star player. All you do is make emoticons, post pictures and spout useless facts that don't have any bearing on this subject.

Keep defending a criminal, and you start looking like one yourself.

And I agree with you 100%. Jimbo should be doing something to curb this.

    Jake,
I understand you wanting to defend your school but at some point you've gotta realize that enough is enough. You're gonna graduate with a degree from a top university (FSU) and that degree is going to mean something. You should be the first person wanting to kick this cancer to the curb. Do you want your education to forever be associated with a school that condones these actions. LSU is far from perfect but I'd trade a couple of football games for a quality reputation in a heartbeat.

Hearing Jameis talk (or any of the morons that can't speak English), and then realizing that he has to be passing his classes in order for him to continue to play makes me wonder what the education is really like...
