Seems like the NY Times put forth more effort into any investigations than the Tally PD has.

Seriously, it's cool that you support your team/town. But you gotta take off the Garnet and gold glasses sometimes.

I believe there's a whole lot of evidence towards preferential treatment for student athletes

I bet if HHI had been caught on the stolen moped, he'd still be in the jailhouse

Look Ill say this like it is THE KID IS A FN TRAIN WRECK OFF THE FIELD. Too bad he did not get the brain to go with the arm.. Its just funny that page after page in here its the same old shit when he has never been convicted of anything but taking 2 1/2 lbs of crab legs, A fn misdemeanor Now Im called a criminal for standing up for him.. Please tell my none of you will ever do jury duty. Nail em up without the facts much. dislike is a hell of a reason to put someone on trial........ Oh Jameis Winston did not take the moped==
Player stopped on stolen scooter, Police question Jesus Wilson, who says he borrowed the scooter from a student. Later, he admits to stealing the scooter. Lawyer often used by football players gets the charge reduced to a misdemeanor.
Mr. Wilson is sentenced to 30 days on a sheriff's work detail and pays $1,000 to the scooter's owner for damage done to it.

So, in positive news about really talented quarterbacks, I saw Dak on campus today taking pictures with and giving directions to a visiting high schooler who was lost. After he was done, I saw him hurry off to his next class because he was running late. That was pretty cool.

    And like Winston...no suspension

Would HHI get a school provided attorney and continue with classes and extra curricular activities if caught charged and or convicted of a crime? Doubtful

My point is there's a lot more to this than just Winston...no one has called you a criminal for supporting your team...we all understand that...but our collective point is that we believe there's a whole lot of smoke for a lot of issues...and where there's smoke there's fire...

We aren't disputing whether or not Winston was charged or not...WE ALL KNOW HE WASN'T

We are discussing the overwhelming appearance of preferential treatment of student athletes at FSU

I think the guy paying these players for their autograph and then leaving them hang out to dry should be suspended.

He was suspended and dressed out for the game. Which is why everyone freaking out about Jameis dressing our for Clemson was ridiculous

It's ridiculous they're even allowed to be on the sidelines during a "suspension"

Also, when you get back to the states...be sure to inquire about free legal services in case you get arrested. And if you're ever suspended. ..keep going to class...

You're right, that's a quantity for distribution. Usually the bust includes other items for distribution, such as scales, bags, a ledger... The article doesn't state if he has a room mate, but it does say they observed a transaction and identified him. Seems like an open and shut case, if those other questions can be answered.

Fla & 5 other states vote on pot in less then a Mo.. The war on drugs is lost. To me all its done is make the S. American cartels very rich. When pot is sold down at the RX. store in over half the states the feds will move to decriminalize marijuana on the federal level. Its only a matter of time now..
