Subd. Gonna have to read thru this thread and see if yall have your stuff together. Haven't read thru obviously, but who has volunteered to front the money for the sites? That was the biggest pain with the last one. Might want to figure it out now and get it planned accordingly. And has anyone confirmed it isn't a hunting season of some sorts?

And Alfuh, no need to chop fenders with our trucks with 35's. Just loose the flares.

true.....I like the look of having the flares though, ckeene's looks pretty awesome with his dirty5s and his chopped flares. but then if id like to get glass so I can get full suspension cycle and not smash anything (plus the looks too). well actually out at ocala did your 35s smash the fenders going through those prerunning spots? that's the main thing im worried about since that's what I love doing

I hit my left front fender when I hit that jump at the end of the day. Crumpled it a bit, but my glass fenders are sitting in my garage waiting to be fitted and color matched.

Extreme Dimensions. I got them from David in SF. He bought them used from someone else I guess.

each site cost "X" amount to use, and we can have 2 vehicles per site so we'll need "X" amount of sites and then each person pays "X" amount to use that site. I think last years was $20 per person or something like that. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though, but I'm pretty sure that's it works. I may have confused myself with that lol

I can. The campsites cost $20 per night. The person that steps forward to be our contact with the campground will have to front the cash for each campsite reserved. Ideally, he or she will be paid back by the group members on arrival. However, I think the bone of contention here is if our representative makes, say, 20 reservations, but only 16 people show up, that leaves the person representing us out $80 (2 camp sites for 2 nights).

However, it's better if we have a representative that will make all the reservations at once so we can keep the campsites all together and to save us the hassle of figuring out who is sharing with who and which one is going to make the reservations (we're allowed two trucks to a campsite).

Yup, this ^^^^^^. The idea of everyone trying to set up their own reservation at a place like this would be ridiculous. It is a pain, but it is best if someone does front the money.

But also realize, we need to be prepared for such an issue of people not showing up and be ready to split the difference accordingly to compensate that person.
