Exactly. I was going to suggest keeping track of who shows up and then splitting the cost of the no shows among the whole group. Or maybe even seeing if those that pull out at the last minute would pony up the cash anyway...send it up with a friend or something.

 

I would think that with 3 full months ahead of us someone could set up a paypal account and everyone transfer the money for the spots say by the end of Oct latest. that way all the money is accounted for and if you back out you are out $20 or whatever and no one is left holding their D*ck in hand or poneying up a deposit. That is how we used to do it with 18 guys booking a cabin for snowboarding in college. Just my .$.02

That's a great idea simon. And setting up a PayPal account is child's play. If you can do a tw account, then you will be fine.

 

yeah you basically just go add in all your basic info and throw in either your bank routing number and account number and or a debit/credit card of your choice. Easy to transfer to anyone after that just by putting in their email address. Not very hard and would help out tremendiously with the situation at hand cause I personally know how crappy and stressful it is to put that much money down and try to collect. Been there before.

 

or those that don't have paypal and don't want it can throw that cash or check in an envelope and old fashion mail it by the end date lol

Or just hand deliver it on arrival at Citrus. But mailing it would be an option for the No-Shows that want to do the right thing.

 

You know what I will take car of it I didn't think it would be this drawn out of a thing with everybody being adults I will reserve the sports and all that shit. If I'm shorted money again I won't be doing this.

 

I will reserve at the end of the month everybody needs to make sure how many nights you will be staying is besides your name how many vehicles and people as well

People can all be adults all they want but plans do change and life happens, people back out, don't show etc etc. I will be sure to pay my amount no matter if I go or not. However I know not everyone has the same ideals as I was raised and that is why I suggested collecting in advance through paypal.

However, I appreciate you Mike for stepping up and owning this. Sorry it is getting dragged out in this thread...
