Whoa... didn't realize how old this group buy is. FFS I can't believe it's dragged on this long.

I wouldn't do anything stupid or personal to the guy. Just get the local authorities, business bureau and media involved.

Might as well blow up his Hipstergram. I don't have an account there, but I just may start one just to post comments on his page. The way I see it, until this group buy is fulfilled, everyone's bumper and parts delivered, and the give aways (bumper and sliders) are delivered, this fucker owes us. I've seen TW pull together to call out shady fools before, and over far lesser infractions.

Seriously. Who knows Tim? Who lives in the area and can go make a visit? Or at least convince him to post here in the thread and let us know what the f is going on. I've had it with this crap.

Tim, be a man and keep your word. If the shit is in progress then post up here and let us know.

I'd like to see this resolved but at this point it looks as if he's completely jumped ship.

Looking at his instagram, looks like he broke his clavicle. Obviously that impacts production.

Did he communicate that with anyone?

Production that didn't appear to be going on anyway? Out having fun instead of doing what he said he was going to do?

Same reason Relentless split with him many years ago..... say it isn't so

This company has been having "hiccups" for years. Sorry it seems to have finally imploded and taken down a few members with it.

He hasn't been building the bumpers himself for over a year.

I obviously have no idea of the details, just trying to put things out there.

If he truly did collect thousands of dollars and shows no signs of delivering goods and communicating, then small claims court is a must.

Well maybe he needs to man up and handle it. If I had told people and collected money and things weren't get done I would do them myself in any free time I had and get the people their stuff. I guess having integrity is a lost cause anymore. I feel sorry for you guys waiting on your parts.

My sentiments exactly. When I was remarking that he hasn't been building them himself, I was only referring to madjik_man's post about his broken clavicle delaying production. He hasn't put a hand on these bumpers in over a year, so injured or not, it has no effect on his inability to keep his word.

I don't think he can. He is in Portland now and doesn't have his own shop and tools anymore. Otherwise i know he would have just been doing them himself.
