    Digital all the way :p Mine was running real rough last year so I took it apart and replaced the brushes, now it sounds like an Indy car lol. I cleaned out the can, bearings, and fan while I was at it. I bet your switch contacts need to be cleaned for the switch to work, unless they lost spring tension.

    if/when I ever get a CNC in the shop...then maaaybe.

    it would make manufacturing custom jigs a hell of a lot easier...almost had to cut a radius on 2 different axis start points...
