I would like to do an aal mainly for more load support, but I would like to get an inch of lift. The only leafs I can find are for an 1 1/2 or more. I well be doing a u bolt flip at the same time also, so it would nice to find a kit. Thanks for the help.

Get the 1.5" and it will settle about .5"

Flip kit: That's the one I have.

Check out the Icon 3 Leaf Progressive Add a Leaf Kit. It improves load support of the factory set up and provides 1 to 1.5 inches of lift. The u bolts don't flip though. You'll need a separate kit for that

I should add that depending on how bad your stock leafs are now, adding anything, AAL or progressive AAL, are just band aid solutions and ideally you want to replace the pack completely. If that is not a desired option/result, look into bags instead of adding a leaf(s).

Well they only have 40k on them, so I don't think they are worn out. I saw wheelers had a aal and u bolt kit combo but I can't find it...

What is the shape of the arch? And I think is the one you're talking about..the only one I see with u bolts pictured. Don't know if it's a flip kit though :notsure:

Yea adding an AAL will cause it to sag and go flat quickly. Best option is to replace the pack.

I added an AAL to mine with 5500 miles on it and at 8500 miles I swapped in the Dakars because the OEM pack and AAL were sagging so bad. They lasted 3000 miles and I think I only towed once during that time (about 6-8 months).

I have the TSB leafs on mine and they also look flat. Bought it new this year in April. It doesn't look like it's sagging but the leaf spring do look flat. It is still in warranty. I had ask Toyota to look at them while getting my free oil change and they said it's normal.
