    The owner of the lot is the cheapest dude I've ever met. Any time something is damaged on the lot he wants it fixed the cheapest way possible even if it looks like shit even when it's a brand new car up to a GTR recently.

    It was sitting on their lot for a while so maybe he gave up lol
