Welded a piece of angle between the frame rails and bolted the lightbar to it

 

I want to mount a 30" in my lower grill opening. I'll buy some of those or make my own.

I've thought about that too & just mount the light behind the opening instead of out flush with the bumper.

Ive got to work on coming around a corner.

 

Main frame is 2x3@1/8th" and tounge is 3x3 3/16th" all joints fully welded and axle is home made too well besides the hubs.

Those are sweet. Never have personally liked how they look but the function of them is all that matters in my book.
That being said I still will prob end up with some in the future

 

now they just need to be color matched and toss on some 37s and you'll be good to go haha

didn't notice that at first. Hope no body roll/flex would crush or push up the bumper tube into the glass fender?

 

They 35's aren't going anywhere. As for the fitment around the bumper, they are good. There won't be any damage from flex. Plus these are the extreme dimensions duraflex. Not full fiberglass. So they have some extra flex to them.
