There's so many options lol I think my eyes are crossing from reading all the forums on lifts and I'm confusing myself with too much knowledge lol

    Hi there young lady. :)

From your sig pic I thought you already had a lift ... guess it's the billies? Speaking of ... how long have you had them on? I think I want to put them on my truck in the Spring, along with a new rear leaf pack if this recall thing doesn't pan out to a new pack on Toyota.

Definitely a can of worms you're opening there. People I respect around here have indicated Old Man Emu (OME) is the way to go, but I haven't really dug into it as I have no intent to lift my truck since I use the Ranger 6x6 for any actual off-road stuff.

Nope no lift, yes I think it is the Billy's alway around that makes it look that way, I have had them 6 months now and love them. I put them on for the ride quality and also to level out my truck.

That's the truth Rob, I'm thinking since I already have the Billy's I was looking at the bilstein lift which basically just adds a 2" Toytec aal, eibach coils and maybe a top plate spacer if needed but was also looking at maxtrac spindles...

Well, I guess even at 4:40am, it's still evening for me.
Was speaking with my mother earlier today about my "rls" and it turns out after scouring rls forums....thats not what I have.
I (we) think maybe some nerve damage is involved from the surgery.

    Here's what it feels like.
When you have had the flu. maybe its from the flu symptoms or more than likely the medications. You are restless? Your legs want to move?
Antihistamines maybe? It's almost like I want to run in bed.

Spindles are a great way to go, i had 3" spindles on my 5 lug. Lifts you and keeps the ride quality pretty much the same, your front tires will stick out further though.
