    Do you guys have a sales quota that you have to meet?

    I want to go to there someday too. Thought I had a chance to work down there a few years ago...I would have jumped at the chance but hte guy in charge was a little :crazy: Nott sure they would have agreed to my employment terms either...4 day work weeks and a company vehicle (hilux of course) so I could get out and explore a little :D

    Was only there for 5 days but you will find no nicer people on earth. Brisbane Beaches were killer and 2 Hr.s inland looks like our old West. Just a great place but not crazy about the new gun laws down under now but I would still like to visit :cool: [​IMG][​IMG]

    The accent is cool until you have to get technical with them...in construction they have a whole different set of terms for things. Drove me crazy!

    Pretty. I just want to go there because it seems so unlike anything I've seen here. Not thrilled about the numerous poisonous spiders/snakes/etc.

    weekly?!?! eww...that's what scares me about sales. i know i could do it i just don't know that i could it it was well as i would be expected to.

    Hi Craig:) We did our traveling in the States when the kids were young and we "HAD" to take them but when they got older we started traveling abroad. When the wife retires, we will start doing the States again.

    Yes. May of this year. beautiful area. old town was your typical touristy attraction but a must see.

    Went to Cairns for 11 days back in 2000 for vacation. Total cost for me and my wife back then was around $25k. That included airfare, hotel and all of the trips we took. Three days on the Great Barrier reef diving, three days in the rain forest, a day visiting the Aborigines village and many other small items and trips. I video taped the trips so we'll have it forever. One of the best trips we ever had.:)
