    Funny you say that, I was actually going to transfer down to UC Santa Barbara to get out of this wet state! Haha that was until I found out that out of state tuition is an EXTRA $23,000 a year.. I do love it up here in the summer though

    Yeah, it's not cheap here. If you think out of state college tuition is expensive, try having a look at the housing.
