My work phone is an Iphone. I'm not really a fan. It has some nice features, but overall I don't want one for my personal phone.

Just ordered a G3. Realized I could change my plan to AT&T's new pricing structure and pay the same for year and a half upgrades instead of two and get a new phone while I'm at it. Perfect.

Wish there were more options for carriers, but AT&T is the only one with good coverage in Western MA. Verizon has no service here as soon as you get into the more rural areas.

    Wazzup, wazZUP, WAZZUP?!?!

Just stopping in to see what's up. I do miss chewing the fat with you guys.

Myself, been stupid busy all summer. Haven't done shit to the truck, hell, half my tools are still at the old house in Dover. Started doing my own oil changes using Denis's stash of filters :) and did the plugs last week, not sure why there's a sticky about plugs... It was pretty easy.

Anyway, the leaves are beautiful up here so you Massholes come on up and spend your money, then GTFO :)

This is why I don't even consider Verizon an option around here...AT&T is the orange map, Verizon is the red map.

I have friends with Verizon and I consistently have service when they don't.

    Both just show voice coverage:
    ATTVSVERIZON.jpg

The smaller carriers aren't even worth looking at. They just have coverage in the cities, nothing when you get a mile outside.

Downside is AT&T seems to be slightly more expensive.

I have a smarty phone, but I don't remember what it is. And I can't check because I burnt my retinas out on JS's coverage map.

Yeah, I scored two free tickets! That was a good game. I moved to Exeter. And yes, I want those parts :) how's everything for you?

Hey Rob! Been hanging with the wife and kid a lot before I leave in February, trying to wrap stuff up, etc. The army has me running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

Apparently they were competing for who could choose the most obnoxious color. Not sure who won...

I have days where I sometimes seriously wonder if I'd be better off ditching my iPhone altogether and going back to a basic phone. I text enough it wouldn't make sense.

The iPhone (4 and 5) are the first phones I've liked since I joined Verizon. The only other phone I had that I really liked (and honestly wish I kept) was my original Razr. That phone was indestructible.

I had an old Motorola flip for 7 years. I only got rid of it because the plastic hinge broke and the 2 parts were held together by a wire.

When I went to upgrade I told the rep I wanted the same kind of phone so don't show me anything else. He asked if I knew I could have upgraded 5 years prior, to which I said "yes but it does what I need".

I have a Blackberry as my work phone, and while I like the email/text/web I don't know that I'd spend the cash for it if it wasn't free.
