    Nope.
Air cooled engine. Only 9amp charging system.
Mainly just to keep the snow from blasting in my face and getting wet.
It may work well, maybe not. We will see.
I will say one thing. When the sun hits it, it gets real toasty inside.

Indicators are we are going to have a strong winter. So having it just sit there may not happen Ken.

Maybe the air used to cool the engine could be rerouted?
That reminds me, I have to get another snowblower. I had an ancient 1970's Clary BearCat with wheels (and chains ) , which I traded for a slightly less ancient 1990's Yamaha YS-828 with tracks, which convinced me that tracks are the way to go for my gravel drive and uneven walkways. I sold the Yammie, so now I need to find a replacement.

The good news is that whatever bug I had last week didn't last long at all. I felt crappy for 2 days and then it faded, fast. So not ebola I guess.

    Morning all:
All this talk about snow reminds me that it's time to put the snow tires on the Tacoma!

Never too old to learn. Yesterday on the news, a doctor mentioned that the Ebola patient had "explosive diarrhea". I would assume that term is used to describe diarrhea being passed with the help of gas!
Darn medical terms, they couldn't just say he had severe diarrhea. :D

    Morning Carl.
I'm holding out for the first actual snow. That's the advantage to having two mounted sets. Haven't come across a second hand set of rims for wife's Highlander yet; appt with my tire guy to have them changed over next Tuesday.

I really don't know what to say on the explosive diarrhea; are the docs going for headlines too? :notsure:

 While you're busy ignoring it, does anyone have thoughts/opinions about snowblowers? I'm in the market.

I just came across a set mounted on steelies. I was trying to avoid two sets of tires for this vehicle - I still have the summer setup from my Honda Fit taking up room in my storage area - but I might just give in and get them, if I can get the price down.
I don't quite live as far north as you! But I always say "winter tires go on before Thanksgiving", mostly because that day seems to be the target of snowstorms around here. December will be dry, but not before we get a dumping for Thanksgiving.
Not to put a scare into anyone but y'all might want to read up on ebola. It kills 70% to 90% of the people who contract it, and there ain't no cure. The symptoms include violent vomiting and diarrhea, as well as internal bleeding; what usually kills folks is blood pressure too low to sustain the major organs.

Latest news is not good. The nurse in Dallas who was just confirmed to be infected? She took a plane trip to Cleveland and back the weekend before she checked herself in because of symptoms.
