My home theater setup is solid as well. About the same amount that's in my truck.

It's all about the person. I'd never put 10k into my suspension. But I'd put 10k into a stereo with out even blinking an eye.

Dream setup for truck is 25-30k. Dream setup for home theater is around 1.5 million.

I've heard good things about zaino before but havent used them before. I usually just quick wax because it's hot and I'm lazy haha protected my evergreen pearl runner for about a year and a half.

    What do you have?

Once I get my own place I'll start putting together a HT. What's your dream set up? I'm assuming SQ over SPL?

Nah, the phone and aux cable doesn't for sure. But it's easy now days instead of CD's.

Unless you're going low end, Infinity ref and JL are fairly expensive? Those alone can run you 1k plus everything else.

I personally dont feel like your judgemental. You have different priorities than myself and different interest in hobbies.

I only buy used/b stock stuff. Mainly because I can't afford new, and even if I could, why would I when it's quite a bit cheaper for audio to buy used.

In the end? I'll be around 1k into my system. Mostly used stuff. If I were to buy new it would be close to double that.

Wax spray you say? Simple as wax on wax off assuming the truck is clean? Obviously I know to never let a wax product sit on the truck and dry.

Alright I'm in. Maybe we can motivate one another to actually wax the trucks. haha

Dragoons will be fun. For camping and getting drunk yes. But not so much for offroading. To each their own.

You should definitely look at Zaino products. Zach puts a good layer of sealant which you can layer on, the finish it off with z5. Z5 gives it that glassy deep clear look that carnauba based wax gives. I was hesitant about sealants till I discovered zaino. Alot of BMW and Porsche guys use them, so I figured it would be great for my use. Plus you can layer on z5 as many times as you want until you feel it's losing its bling.
