Nice. That's cool that you were willing to keep it open longer then originally planned. People take good customer service for granted sometimes. You never fail to disappoint in that category ;)

thanks I appreciate the kind words, customer service is really all you got, I try my best to make sure everyone is taken care of, sometimes things fall thru the cracks, and I will find that crack eventually and try to make it right.
I was on the phone at 11pm last night helping a guy wire up his light
so he could hit the trail ride leaving today, I think it was 1am his time lol.

Ok, you have options, don't know where your at, but if you have a kinko's local you can have it rerouted there if that helps, or call 1-800-go-fedex and see if they will just leave it or if I can have it removed on my end so they will leave it.
some of them are signature required due to insurance
let me know if I can do anything on my end.

I can't tell anything from that picture, I'm afraid. I guess my question is more along the lines of - is it designed to mount to something flat via screws/drilling like a roof, to something flat via clamps/mounts like a plate bumper, or to something wide and possibly odd shaped like a roof rack/bed rack?

no problem man, its designed to mount to any flat surface or anywhere that has a flat surface. It bolts to something flat, as long as there is room for the bolt and its sturdy enough, your good to go.
pm me your number and I'll get some pics off my jeep

For those of you planning to buy 40" and 50" light bars where are you sourcing the roof mount kits. I suspect these are vehicle specific? How do you know the mounts work with the light bars?
