im thinking of buying a rower for home use. but don't wanna spend tons, do you guys know if those fan rower are any good?

 

so i got pretty fucked up last night and decide to make beef stew in the crockpot at midnight, the ingredient list was a bit fuzzy to me, but i woke up today around 8am, walked out to my kitchen, and it smells like beef heaven. dudes this was possibly the best beef stew i've ever had in my life, don't think i can make it again.

 

Just took dat dare pre-workout and am about to bust out some legs. Gonna go high reps today.

Also, Steve Cook is officially dead to me; dude is doing Crossfit now.......he said he's going to do it and traditional weightlifting at the same time. Gonna lose dem gainz

 

prob just to prove the haters wrong that his method of weight training doesn't make him as strong as a crossfitter

 

It's all about money, there is only so much BBing sponsors can pay you for, doing crossfit just opens another market for more sponsors and income. Pretty sure he starts training at planet fitness too if they pay him enough.

I like row machines but I think to get a decent one you gotta drop a decent ammount of cash, like $800 bucks. Unless you can find a used one in good shape.

Reaaaaally wasn't feeling it today, so I lollygagged through leg day. I dunno what it is today, but everybody that's come in today has had the same mindset.

leg extensions: 3 sets of 15, 12, 12 @ 45, 50, 50 lbs per leg
lying leg curls: 3 sets of 15, 12, 12 @ 45, 45, 40 lbs per leg
single-leg leg extensions: 3 sets of 10 @ 60, 60, 50 lbs per leg
straight-leg deadlifts: 3 sets of 15 @ 135
calves

 

Watch him be ontop of the podium next year at olympia after doing crossfit. Maybe something like this is all its gona take to shut up the sterotypical body builder bros

 

If that happens, I'll just blame it on roids

 

He'll just end up visiting snap city.
