That's what I'm guessing. Seeing all his toys in his instagram photos, that boy used that money up already.

I can't understand why one of the people who got robbed hasn't left him a voicemail/text saying I've contacted an attorney about getting a lien against you and you better call me back within 5 days to clear this up or I'm moving forward accordingly. Seems like nothing else will work at this point other than to actually bring legal action against the guy. This is unfortunate for all involved, including Tim who apparently doesn't care about his reputation.

    Wow, what a shit show.

Fugly-looking, so called inspiring "radiologist", with the hot gf, a bunch of toys and time to play, and just soooo busy he's not able to do the work he was promised to do? (and with money he was already paid to do it with?)... Sounds like a rough life...

Hopefully everyone wronged has looked into filing a civil suit and is able to get their money back over legal discourse or otherwise.
All the Elite fan-boys continually repping him got it this far and long.

This guy doesn't even know how hardcore he is being stalked right now. I think most of the TW faithful have visited his various social media sites recently. It probably won't be long before someone knocks on his door.

Aside from the offer to have the guy from Taken do whatever it is he does to get your money back, I do recommend going about it legally. If any of you who were wronged want some free legal advise, you can pm me. I probably won't get too involved, but I'd rather you not commit a crime b/c someone committed a crime against you. No sense in getting doubly screwed (i.e. out a grand or so and also looking at a civil/criminal suit against you).

Yeah that money is gone , and there's no excuse even if he doesn't have the shop to them them anymore , as for the broken clavicle , doesn't look like it affects his bike riding so shouldn't affect welding either

Welp, at least we know where some of the money went...

That wasn't aimed at you, I don't recall you telling others to be overly patient again and again.

I ran into a guy yesterday, not affiliated to TW, who bought a bumper last year and hasn't heard from Elite at all. Told me he got ripped off.
I didn't believe him, til I read through this GB. Who knows how many people have been screwed?

Why the hell is he still a vendor on here?!?

More importantly, like many have pointed out, why aren't these victims taking legal action?

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
This is so hard for someone like me who sells stuff through here all the time. To hear all this crap about what he did. I don't have any personal gain selling my product but yet I care about the product and customer service. How does someone who benefits from the products they sell not care at all?

How do they let it get to this ^^^ ???

Many people probably haven't taken legal action because it's a gray area when it comes to custom products, and online sales.

It may seem gray, but really, its just a contract issue. Tim made an offer to build a product, someone accepted, and money changed hands. There was an exchange of promises - A promised to pay and B promised to furnish a good. Once one promise is fulfilled, the other must be fulfilled in a reasonable time or it is considered a breach of contract and the party who breached (Tim) is liable for the damages. There are other legal issues once the product is over $500 which would likely require a signed agreement - but the exchange of emails/texts or PMs describing the agreement would likely suffice.

The free bumper and sliders on the other hand are likely a lost cause. It would be difficult to enforce that, if even possible.

There is also written proof in this thread as well as PMs... and probably text messages?

I believe there is a solid amount of evidence for the victims to seek legal action.

I know if it was me I would be pursuing it just based on principle.

I'm just saying there is a lot of Internet bitchen going on from lots of people half of which have had nothing what so ever to do with tim or elite at all.

Those that have felt like they are done and want thier money. Ask for it back via directly with tim or with some sort of court action.

Everyone else. Stfu. You aren't helping anything at all. Your not making tim build anything faster. And your not making other people take action against him. It's not your problem. If they don't act in it. It's their own damn fault. If they want to wait and are holding out then let them wait.

    End rant
