    So i taped off the shirt on the kitchen counter with some masking tape only leaving the decal area exposed after i shoved a plastic bag inside to prevent it from seeping through to the other side and made a mixture of 50 bleach/50 water in a pray bottle. I filled up the sink with cold water.
