My neighbors gave me the weirdest look when I walked out with a bottle of lotion and a box of tissues, then squirted it all over my tire.

 

Imagine their reaction had you followed that up by repeating a quote from the Silence of the Lambs: "It rubs the lotion on its skin."?

 

Well thats why, the lotion is not supposed to go on tire, it's for your hands and other extremities
